Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff under your charge, ensuring that rooms and service areas meet presentation and hygiene standards.
Perform repairs, adjustments, and tailoring of staff uniforms, linens, and other hotel textiles, ensuring proper presentation and preservation of garments in accordance with the hotel’s quality and presentation standards.
Maintain the hotel floors in optimal condition of cleanliness, shine, and preservation through appropriate polishing, washing, and maintenance techniques, ensuring an impeccable presentation that enhances the guest experience and meets quality standards.
Provide professional, efficient, and courteous telephone assistance to guests and hotel departments, routing internal and external calls, providing information, and offering operational support.
