The resort transformed into a meeting point between haute cuisine and the spirit of wine. From the curated pairing dinners at our signature restaurants to the grand evening by the main pool, every detail reflected the richness of contemporary Mexico and the essence of its traditions. Each culinary proposal highlighted local ingredients in harmony with regional wines, creating an experience that celebrated the talent and passion of the chefs and producers involved.

Between toasts and laughter, guests had the opportunity to connect with renowned figures from Mexico’s wine scene: Kristin Magnussen (Vinos Lechuza), Nicolas Lurton (Bodegas Henri Lurton), Álvaro Romero (Valle de Tintos), Erick López (Baja Wines and Tres Raíces), and Estefanía Marrón Castillo (Bodegas Malagón), who shared the stories and essence behind each wine.

The final night, illuminated by candlelight, catrinas, marigolds, and live music, became a heartfelt tribute to life and remembrance. More than 300 guests joined this celebration, where the elegance of wine met the warmth of tradition.
