Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late checkout is subject to a fee of US $50 per additional hour (Please note: a one-hour grace period is granted; after 12:00 PM, charges apply per hour)

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in US Dollars and will be charged in this currency at the time of payment. Any other currency or exchange rate shown is for informational purposes only. The hotel is not responsible for, nor will it cover, any foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank. Additionally, the hotel is not liable for the actual exchange rate applied by your bank to convert charges to your home currency. All guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. Third-party cards will not be accepted to cover guests' expenses. 

ALL-INCLUSIVE PLAN

Any additional services not included in the All-Inclusive Plan will incur an extra cost to be covered by the guest. Excluded services include, but are not limited to: Spa Marquis and beauty salon services, access to the Spa Marquis wet circuit (steam rooms, lounge areas, and whirlpool tubs), Canto Del Mar dinner fee, activities and tours outside of the property, laundry and dry cleaning services, private functions events, meetings and event spaces rental fee, transportation services, national and international phone calls, private tennis lessons, gift shop and Spa Marquis boutique purchases, bottles of wine or spirits and liquors by the bottle, and day beds by the pools. Romantic photoshoots and dinners are also not included.

CANCELLATION PENALTY WAIVER REQUESTS

Marquis Los Cabos reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY

Please review your reservation policies and descriptions for the applicable terms and conditions. If the new set of travel dates has a different nightly rate, the original promotion is no longer available, or if a different suite category or occupancy than the original is selected, a rate difference and/or different rate conditions may apply to your updated reservation. If the reservation is modified past the No Penalty period, please review your reservation policies to verify the applicable penalty.

SMOKING POLICY

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside the buildings is strictly prohibited and may incur a cleaning fee of $500 USD.

PET POLICY

The resort is not pet-friendly.

FAMILY/CHILDREN POLICY

No children allowed. All guests' minimum age to check-in is eighteen (18) years old. No exceptions will be made, and the property will not cover any relocation expenses if a guest does not comply with this policy.

RELOCATION POLICY

Although it is unlikely, there might be some circumstances when Marquis Los Cabos cannot honor your room reservation. Should this happen, you will be informed as soon as possible. We will offer you the following alternatives:

1. Change your travel dates. If you decide to modify your reservation to a different travel date, the property will be pleased to offer you an upgrade to the next room category confirmed at the time of reservation (subject to availability on new dates)
2. Make your own hotel arrangements to stay at an alternate property. If you decide to make the arrangements by yourself to stay at another property, you will receive a certificate for a two (2) complimentary night stay in Junior Suite Ocean View, valid for one (1) year.
