Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are US Dollars and you will be charged in this currency at the time of payment. Any other currency or exchange rate shown is for informational purposes only. The hotel is not responsible nor it will cover any foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank. The hotel is not responsible for the actual exchange rate applied by your bank to convert any charges to your home currency. All guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon checking. No third-party cards will be accepted to cover the guest's expenses.
ALL-INCLUSIVE PLAN
Any additional services not included in the All-Inclusive Plan will generate an additional cost that must be covered by the guest. The services which are not covered in the All-Inclusive Plan include but are not limited to Spa Marquis and beauty salon services, access to the Spa Marquis wet circuit (steam rooms, lounge areas, and whirlpool tubs), Canto Del Mar dinner fee, activities, and tours outside of the property, laundry and dry cleaning services, private functions events, meetings, and event spaces rental fee, transportation services, national and international phone calls, private tennis lessons, gift shop, and Spa Marquis boutique purchases, bottles of wine nor spirits and liquors by the bottle.
CANCELLATION PENALTY WAIVER REQUESTS
Marquis Los Cabos reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY
Please review your reservation policies and descriptions for the applicable terms and conditions. If the new set of travel dates have a different nightly rate, the promotion selected is no longer available, or a different suite category or occupancy is selected a rate difference and/or different rate conditions may apply to your update reservation. If the reservation is modified past the No Penalty period, please review your reservation policies to verify the applicable penalty.
SMOKING POLICY
The interior spaces of Marquis Los Cabos are strictly non-smoking and you may face federal fines if you do not comply. We offer three (3) designated, outdoor areas for smoking. Should this be of interest, please inquire with the concierge for further details or view our resort map here.
PET POLICY
The resort is not pet-friendly.
FAMILY/CHILDREN POLICY
No children allowed. The minimum age to check-in for all guests is eighteen (18) years old. No exceptions will be made and the property will not cover any relocation expenses if a guest does not comply with this policy.
NEW YEAR'S EVE GALA DINNER FEE
For reservations staying during December 31, 2021, there is a charge of US $150.00 per person to be settled upon arrival for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner. Only reservations with the "New Year's Gala Dinner" offer include this dinner in the rate. This benefit must be clearly indicated on your booking confirmation.
RELOCATION POLICY
Although it is unlikely, there might be some circumstances when Marquis Los Cabos will not able to honor your suite reservation. Should this happen, you will be informed as soon as possible. We will offer you the following alternatives:
- Change your travel dates. If you decide to modify your reservation to different travel dates, the property will be pleased to offer you an upgrade to the next room category confirmed at the time of reservation (subject to availability on new dates) plus a two (2) night certificate in Junior Suite Ocean View to be used during your new travel dates or a future stay, plus a thirty (30) minute massage per person.
- Make your own hotel arrangements to stay at an alternate property. If you decide to make yourself the arrangements to stay at another property, you will receive a certificate for a two (2) night complimentary stay in Junior Suite Ocean View valid for one (1) year.
