Chef Thierry Dufour, Master Chef of France signature cuisine is an expression of passion for creating fresh, artistic food for the soul. The menu changes every four days to please the most discerning guest every night.
The eclectic menu features six courses explained personally by your Maitre D. Our sommelier recommends interesting wine pairings to complement your experience. With only 25 seats, this world class restaurant offers a romantic atmosphere to enjoy unforgettable cuisine and exceptional wines. Canto Del Mar is open daily from 6pm to 11pm. Formal attire is required.

Located by our infinity swimming pools - just a few feet away from the sparkling sea - Dos Mares is a fabulous open-air restaurant serving fresh fish and seafood dishes. Savor beautiful views of the Sea of Cortes as you feast on delicious ceviches - from Yucatan to Puerto Vallarta style - and the catch of the day fresh off the boat. You can also enjoy a cheeseburger in paradise, our famous Mexican nachos and a wide selection of refreshing drinks and cocktails on the pool deck or terrace deck.
