Personally prepared by Chef Thierry Dufour - Master Chef of France and one of the top chefs in the world - the menu changes every four days, ensuring the food is fresh and exciting.The eclectic menu features six courses created from the freshest ingredients and explained personally by your Maitre D. The chef will also recommend and prepare a special tasting menu that will seduce your senses. Our experienced sommelier recommends the perfect wine to complement the progressive, chef-inspired menu of the week. With only 25 seats, this exclusive, five-star Cabo restaurant is a charming and romantic atmosphere for enjoying world fusion fare and exceptional wines.
